We typically respond within 24-48 hours. For bug reports, please include your browser name, OS, and a description of what went wrong. Screenshots help a lot too.
We are based online and operate across multiple time zones, so replies usually arrive on the next business day. If your message is time-sensitive (broken tool, security issue, copyright takedown), add the word URGENT to your subject line and we will move it to the top of the queue.

How quickly will you respond to my message?
We aim to reply to every message within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Bug reports and partnership inquiries are usually prioritized first, while general feedback may take a little longer during busy weeks.
What information should I include in a bug report?
Please mention your browser name and version, your operating system, the exact tool you were using (FPS test, refresh rate test, etc.), and a short description of what went wrong. A screenshot or screen recording makes it much easier for us to reproduce and fix the issue.
Can I suggest a new display or input testing tool?
Absolutely, most of our tools were inspired by user requests. If you have an idea for a new tester (color accuracy, keyboard latency, monitor uniformity, etc.), send us a short description of how you would use it and we will add it to our roadmap.
Do you offer technical support for low FPS on my own PC?
We do not provide one-on-one PC troubleshooting, but we are happy to point you to the right tools on this site. Start with our FPS test and refresh rate test to confirm whether the issue is your display, your browser, or your hardware before diving deeper.
