FPS Tester offers free browser-based tools for testing displays, input devices, and system performance. All tests run locally in your browser. We do not guarantee specific accuracy for every device or browser configuration.

You may use our tools for personal, educational, and commercial testing purposes. You may not:
- Use our tools to harm, disrupt, or overload the service
- Attempt to access our systems or infrastructure without authorization
- Copy, scrape, or republish our tool interfaces or content without permission
- Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the service
No warranties
Our tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the results will match manufacturer specifications, professional calibration equipment, or third-party testing software. Use the results as a reference, not an absolute certification.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPS Tester and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or tools. This includes but is not limited to data loss, hardware issues, or decisions made based on test results.

The FPS Tester name, logo, design, and content are our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. The open-source tools or libraries we use remain under their respective licenses.
